Talam Berlauk

Those yang nak mencuba resepi tradisional can try this!

Bahan-Bahan

1 Cawan Corn Flour - (the kotak kuning one)
1 Cawan pati santan
4 Cawan santan
Udang (around 0.25kg - agak -agak)
1biji Bawang besar )
1 biji cili merah )Di MAYANG HALUS
daun kunyit (agak- agak, around 1/2 of a leave) )
Garam secukup rasa

Caranya:

1. Campurkan Corn Flour dengan 4 cawan santan ( make sure sebatikan and tak lumpy), bawang and garam.

2. Then masak and make sure you kacau supaya tak lumpy, bila dah nak pekat put in the udang and continue kacau, and then add the pati santan. You have to kacau sampai dia likat and berkilat.

3. The last you add is the cili merah and the daun kunyit. (When dah masak, the kuih macam berkilat sikit). Then you tuangkan dalam your bekas untuk di servekan.


Taburan di atas kuih - bila you nak hidangkan:

Udang Kering - blend and goreng ) Goreng separately ye!
Bawang kecil dimayang halus and goreng )

Wallaaa...... Kalo menjadik kueh ni mesti mak mertua sayang...!!
